Women

Women are vital to the health of the church.  The women's ministry is to enhance, build, strengthen, encourage, and disciple women.  It is desired that all women of Antioch Christian Church would feel welcome to become a part of the Women's Fellowship as God would lead them.  There are many duties in God's church that women do best, but it takes ALL women working together to do them well.  It is our firm belief that we are all given special gifts to serve our Savior and His Church and it is our hope that this organization will allow you to use those gifts.  We sincerely desire to serve our Lord by serving each other and all members of this church as the Lord leads.

Bible Study: Because of the importance of studying God's Word for our own personal growth, a Women's Bible Study is meeting weekly at the church, check the Discipleship Page for details.

Sunday School: This is one of the greatest opportunities for Bible Study, growth, and fellowship.  There is one Ladies' Sunday School class meeting from 9:15 - 10:15 am on Sunday mornings.  There will be a second one using Beth Moore's Believing God video series beginning on October 14.  To learn more go to the Discipleship page.  There are several other good mixed group adult classes meeting from 9:30 - 10:15 Sunday mornings.  We strongly enourage participation there.

Service Opportunities:  We have many service opportunities available:  Bread Ministry, Card Ministry, Compassionate Meals, Hospitality Teams, Funeral Dinners, Nursery, Wedding and Baby Showers.  So we invite you to jump in and get involved and acquainted.

We currently meet on the first Thursday of every other month at 7:00 pm at the church for an organizational planning meeting and invite all interested women to join us at that time.  We plan monthly fellowship opportunities, special events as well as ensuring the carrying out of necessary functions and duties, as well as various reach-out activities.

Men

Our Antioch Men are active as well, they host a bi-monthly Car Care Clinic, where they do simple car maintenance for those members who are unable to take care of it themselves.  They also have a monthly Men's Breakfast, which meets on the 4th Saturday of each month at 8:00 a.m.

Children & Youth

Our Pastor for Children and Youth is Nathan King.  We provide programs for children and youth of all ages.

For Children:

On Sunday mornings we have Children's Church during the sermon time for children up through 6th grade.  During the summer we have Vacation Bible School and opportunities for Children to go to Prairie View Christian Camp by Arkansas City, KS.
